Set with a carved jadeite leaf plaque of intense green colour with good translucency, measuring approximately 25.45 x 14.82 x 1.80 mm, within a brilliant-cut diamond surround, accented by a pear-shaped diamond, suspended from a surmount designed as a flowerhead, set at the center with a round jadeite cabochon with diamond-set petals, joined by a brilliant-cut diamond, with a fine link chain, mounted in white gold, pendant length approximately 52 mm, link chain length approximately 450 mm.

Accompanied by Hong Kong Jade & Stone Laboratory report no. SJ 223370 , stating that the jadeite leaf plaque is natural jadeite and no resin is detected.
