Diamond bar brooch and a sapphire and diamond bar brooch, circa 1920
One brooch set throughout with cushion-shaped and circular-cut diamonds, length approximately 77mm, French maker's mark and assay mark for gold; the second brooch set with rose- and circular-cut diamonds, between rectangular-cut sapphire terminals, a concealed spring mechanism under both ends pushing the central diamonds into a flexible arched opening, length approximately 84mm, French maker's mark for Pérachon & Rigollet and assay marks for gold.
