The quadri-lobe pendant with bow and foliate garlands framing a pear-shaped diamond, accented with circular- and rose-cut diamonds, suspended from a pin, the terminals highlighted with cultured pearls, measuring approximately 41 x 54mm, pendant detachable, one small diamond deficient.
