GOOD TO KNOW

• Fresh-to-market, original owner

In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Royal Oak in 2022, the Royal Oak Chronograph benefitted from an influx of new materials and combinations. One of the seventeen new iterations introduced to commemorate the occasion was the introduction of the present watch entirely crafted in black ceramic, in 41mm diameter.

Endowed with the line’s latest design evolution, this new chronograph adorns a stunning all-black 41mm case with satin-brushed and polished surfaces with a black "Grande Tapisserie" dial contrasting perfectly with pink gold applied hour-markers and hands. More than just a good-looking watch, the present chronograph is powered by the new in-house chronograph movement, the automatic calibre 4401, offering a flyback function and 70 hours of power reserve.

Wth all its original accessories, and from the original owner, we are thrilled to offer this sleek 41mm Royal Oak Chronograph in scratch-resistant black ceramic, in like-new condition.

Audemars Piguet

Swiss | 1881

A specialist in the manufacture of complications since it was established in 1881, Audemars Piguet never ceases to impress with a rich history of creating bold, even audacious, timepieces underpinned by traditional watchmaking at its finest. This Le Brassus-based Swiss manufacturer is one of only two major manufacturers still owned by the founding family. Since its earliest days, AP is considered a leader in the field of minute repeaters and grande complication pocket and wristwatches. The brand is devoted to preserving the history of watchmaking in the Vallée de Joux, showcased at their superb museum in Le Brassus.

Today, the brand is best known for its Royal Oak models, a revolutionary luxury sports watch launched in 1972. Other key models include early minute repeating wristwatches, vintage chronograph wristwatches, such as the oversized reference 5020, perpetual calendar watches and the Royal Oak Offshore, first introduced in 1993.
