-Audemars Piguet introduced the Royal Oak Offshore in 1992 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the famed Royal Oak wristwatch by updating the model with a more masculine aesthetic. The new Offshore featured a chronograph function with rubber coated pushers and crown. The “Survivor” with military inspiration is one of the most unique designs offered by the brand.
-The “Survivor” was released in a limited production of 1000 examples in 2008 and crafted in titanium with aggressive features such as grenade-pin-like chronograph pushers and muzzle brake style crown. The case is further highlighted by the oversized hinged chronograph pusher guards. The black waffle dial has a tactical appeal adding to the daring and unconventional look of the timepiece.
-Numbered 28, the present chronograph is offered in excellent condition and a delightful representation of the avant-garde designs by Audemars Piguet.
