Catalogue Essay
This is my first Baltic watch and I really admire what they have done, especially in conjunction with Revolution and the Rake. The considered mixture of dial finishes and the excellent typography and graphic design allows the watch to punch well beyond its weight. - Mark Cho

- As far as microbrands are concerned, Baltic is slowly garnering recognition among watch enthusiast.

- Introducing the Baltic Bicompax Pulso made for Revolution and The Rake, the present timepiece bears a classic design with a classic case size to match. Measuring at only 36.5mm, the case is beautifully finished with a brushed effect throughout, setting the scene for the warm and inviting salmon-toned sector dial with multiple finishes. Taking centre stage, the inconspicuous 3D Revolution star logo is flanked below the Baltic signature. All in all, the combination of these features resulted in a cohesive, neoclassical dial that is well balanced and easy on the eyes.

- Concealed behind that dial is the Seagull ST1901, a manual winding chronograph movement. Based on the Swiss Venus calibre 175 movement, it beats at 21,600 bph and provides 42 hours of power reserve. For Baltic, it was important they used this movement because of it’s slim profile.

- Delivered in barely worn condition, the present Bicompax Pulso accompanied by its original accessories and is numbered 123 of a limited edition of 250. This is a fantastic opportunity for discerning collectors of microbrands to secure this elegant and interesting specimen.
