Established in 1856, Eterna has been a manufacturer of quality wristwatches for a very long period of time. The 1930s was an interesting era time for wristwatches, as it witnessed the blooming of a wide array of fascinating and gorgeous chronometer and chronograph watches.

The present example is a stainless steel chronometer wristwatch fitted with an attractive black dial and housed in a large stainless steel case. In comparison to other wristwatches produced in the 1930s, the present example measures 37.5 mm in case size which was highly unusual during that era.
