Catalogue Essay
With the creativity of thinking beyond the boundaries orchestrated by visionaire Jean-Claude Biver in 2005, Hublot created a whole new universe with “The Art of Fusion” concept. Through the hybrid of unusual combination of luxury metals with rubber strap and an instantaneously recognizable design, the Big Bang carved a unique positioning within the luxury watch industry.

The Aero Bang takes on the concept of an “open-air” aesthetics by revealing the mesmerizing machine beneath the skeletonized dial. This all black stealth variant is striking and is the perfect expression of simple beauty through fusion. Part of a limited edition series of 500 pieces, the present example is offered in an excellent condition and accompanied with its full accessories.

Hublot

Swiss | 1980
Hublot was founded by Carlo Crocco in 1980 and named after the French word for "porthole," which resembles their iconic bezel design. Hublot's first watch followed three years of research and was the first wristwatch to be fitted with a natural rubber strap. The brand's most recognizable watch today is the 'Big Bang', which was first launched in 2005 upon the arrival of CEO and shareholder Jean-Claude Biver. Other noteworthy models are the 'Classic Fusion' and 'King Power'.
