Time is something intrinsically personal. For watchmakers, however, it is above all a dimension of space that can be measured objectively. Krayon Anywhere in 39mm diameter unites these two aspects through the complication that is its raison d'être: the moment when day and night transition from one to the other, the time of sunrise and the time of sunset. A groundbreaking world premiere and awarded Prestigious innovation Award at the GPHG in 2018, the Krayon Anywhere's caliber C030 features a remarkable power reserve of 72 hours. The movement is lavishly executed and finished with potent Geneva waves and superb polished angles. Every hand-worked inward and outward angles is exceptionally pleasing.

Composed of no less than 432 components, the hours and minutes are indicated via central hands, and the subdial at 6 o’clock displays the date and month. The bi-color ring at the periphery of the dial represents the length of a day, changing across the year. A diurnal sector (gold) and a nocturnal sector (dark blue) are indicated by their positions the sunrise and sunset times. In a very poetic manner, the sun pointer indicates the time of the day on a 24-hour scale.

The present version featuring a two tones creamy white dial contrast with the pink gold harmoniously. Each pyramid shaped hour marks subtlety echoes to Krayon’s ‘Y’ logomark. The dial features a unique motif that symbolizes the globe, complete with parallels and meridians.
