The reference harkens back to Patek Philippe’s first pilot watch made in the 1930s, when a few prototypes were produced. Since its debut, the reference 5524G has continued to grow in popularity amongst the collector community, and is highly sought-after today.

The reference 5524G, features two hour hands, blue hand for the local time and the skeletonized white hand to indicate home time.
