First released in 2006, the Patek Philippe ref. 5960 was the firm’s first in-house self-winding annual calendar chronograph. Marking this milestone, the reference was launched first in platinum with an smoke grey dial, and in various precious metals including pink and white gold.
Extremely well-received by collectors not to a surprise, the firm ’s vision on luxury sports timepiece with a bull’s eye register chronograph and pump pushers is fresh and contemporary. In continuation of this legacy, in 2014 Patek Philippe debuted yet another attractive variant, this time in stainless steel, paired with the firm’s signature rice bead bracelet fitted with a stunning silvery white dial in contrast against strong black ring accents and a racing red hands. Boasting in all angles an extremely sporty appeal and maximum comfort, an ebony black dial variant joined the bracelet lineage in 2017.
