Released with both black (5726/1A-001) and white (5726/1A-010) dial options, the case remained unaltered when compared to its predecessor.
- In 2019 Patek Philippe released the ref. 5726/1A-014 featuring a blue dial and bracelet officially discontinuing the present example making it now an extremely sought after piece amongst Patek Philippe collectors.
- The present Patek Philippe reference 5726/1A from 2018 is preserved in excellent overall condition and is further accompanied by its original Patek Philippe fitted box, outer packaging, certificate of origin and leather portfolio.
