Catalogue Essay
Introduced in 2011, the Aquanaut Travel Time ref. 5164 marked the debut of complications within the Aquanaut line. Retaining the collection’s unmistakable sporty character, the model is distinguished by its cushion‑shaped case, embossed textured dial, and resilient tropical rubber strap. Beyond its striking aesthetic, the watch offers impressive utility: a dual‑time display with day/night indications, made effortless by the addition of two pushers integrated into the left caseband that allow instant adjustment of the second time zone.

The present example, a ref. 5164R‑001 in rose gold from circa 2019, is made even more desirable by its Tiffany & Co. stamped dial and Certificate of Origin—a detail that greatly heightens its rarity and collectability. To date, this is only the second Tiffany‑signed example of the reference known to have appeared on the market. Offered in excellent overall condition and accompanied by its complete set of accessories, this Aquanaut Travel Time represents an especially rare opportunity for discerning collectors seeking something extra special.
