GOOD TO KNOW
• Carbon TPT and 18K pink gold case with skeletonized dial
• First appearance at auction for the model
• Virtually brand new, full set
• Original owner, fresh-to-market

Succeeding its predecessor, the RM33-02, in 2025, the RM33-03 Automatic was offered in either titanium or a combination of carbon TPT and 18K pink gold, both with skeletonized dials accented with bright orange and green details.

For the carbon TPT and pink gold version, like the present watch, the mid case is pink gold, sandwiched between black matte carbon TPT front and back pieces. The overall effect is subtle and contemporary, with presence yet still lightweight.

It houses the automatic caliber RMXP3 featuring most impressively a platinum microrotor operating on bi-directional ceramic ball bearings to reduce friction and sound. The movement is only 3.28mm in height, with black PVD-coated and Titalyt-treated titanium bridges. The skeletonization of the dial plays with contrasts, with soft curves cut away to reveal the baseplate, contrasting with the sharpness of the 18K pink gold handset and the quirky neon accents.

The present watch was purchased only in the past few months, by an important American collector, and retains all of its original accessories with the most minimal signs of handling.

Richard Mille

Swiss | 1999

Established in 1999, Richard Mille's ultra-modern timepieces combine cutting-edge materials from high performance worlds such as Formula 1 racecars with high-end traditional watchmaking. The brand's revolutionary designs, technical breakthroughs and exceptional hand-finishing excite even the most discriminating collectors, and have positioned Richard Mille alongside the top makers of the modern luxury watch world.

Innovative watches, such as the RM 027 Tourbillon, which was the world’s lightest mechanical watch when introduced in 2011, have helped the brand invert the concept of the luxury watch. Key models include the RM 009 Tourbillon cased in Aluminum Silicon Carbide (AlSiC), the RM 027-02 Tourbillon made for tennis star Rafael Nadal with a case made from quartz and carbon fiber and the RM 008 split seconds chronograph.
