古代的皇冠只為皇室人員或貴族而設計，但漸漸趨向普及，後來名嫒或一般百姓都能將皇冠當成一種頭飾佩戴。時至今日，皇冠更變 成了大受歡迎的婚禮珠寶。富藝斯在香港進行的首個珠寶拍場中呈獻了一個可轉換成項鏈的古董皇冠, 最後以低估價五倍成交。事實上很多古董皇冠都可以轉換成華麗的項鏈，讓女士可因應場合選擇造型，這套珠寶的設計也是以此為概念。
