Each surmount designed as a flowerhead, set with a circular-cut ruby surrounded by pear-shaped diamonds, suspending another flowerhead centring on a radiant-cut diamond, surrounded by oval and cushion-shaped rubies, further accented by marquise-shaped and brilliant-cut diamonds, mounted in white gold, post and hinged back fittings, length approximately 51 mm.

Accompanied by a Gübelin report no. 23087052 / 1 and 2, stating that the twelve rubies weighing 12.78 carats are of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating.
