Last but not least, the Mysterieux, 150th Anniversaire Collection Privées de Cartier cased in yellow gold from the private collection completes the trilogy. Like the previous two examples in white gold and pink gold, this is also numbered 150 of a limited edition of 150 pieces. It was a collection of exceptional objects produced in a limited edition series and featuring three symbolical numbers: 3, 150 and 1847. Respectively these numbers evoke the 3 legendary Cartier shops in Paris, London and New York, and the magic of a milestone of 150 years, as well as 1847 the maison’s founding year.

These creations include the delicacy of a motif borrowed from the jewel maker’s heritage, and engraved with the L♡C anniversary crest which remains truly contemporary although first designed 150 years ago by Louis Cartier.
