Born from the partnership between Jaeger-LeCoultre and Aston Martin, the AMVOX 3 Tourbillon GMT is the perfect balance of precision and performance. Produced in a limited edition of only 300 pieces, the timepiece sports in a creation of matte black ceramic and pink gold, the model was the first round-shaped ceramic case produced by Jaeger-LeCoultre boosting an incredible masculine appeal.

Cleverly designed with maximum legibility in mind, the extraordinary openwork dial enables spectators to admire the ruthenium coated bridges and baseplate. With alternating sized of hour markers and a subtle retrograde date ring, the design reminds one of a dash board of sportscars. Like the roaring engine of an Aston Martin, the AMVOX 3 Tourbillon GMT is powered by the self-winding caliber 988C featuring a redesigned platinum rotor that drives at 28,800 vph. A fine balance between engineering and mechanics, the timepiece testifies to a powerful spirit that reflects the dual heritage of the collaboration.

Fashioning in a robust black sheen the model was also known to be worn by the well-known British actor and brand ambassador, Clive Owen. Made with supreme exclusivity, the present example is numbered 291 and offered in excellent condition with its exclusively designed presentation box.

Jaeger-LeCoultre

Swiss | 1833
Not all companies in the watchmaking field have been able to stand the test of time quite like Jaeger LeCoultre, also known as the "watchmaker's watchmaker." Founded in 1833 by Antoine LeCoultre and originally named LeCoutre, the firm provided watchmaking's top brands, such as Patek Philippe, Vacheron Constantin and Audemars Piguet, the high-grade, unfinished mechanical movements with which they completed their watches.

In the early 1900s, Cartier's watch supplier Edmond Jaeger sought out LeCoultre's help in creating the world's thinnest watches. The collaboration resulted in the creation of Cartier's earliest Tank and Santos watches, all housed with LeCoultre movements. The duo decided to merge in 1937, and the firm officially became the Jaeger-LeCoultre brand by which collectors know and adore it today. Some of the firm's most significant and important timepieces include the Reverso, the Memovox, the Atmos clock and, among modern watches, their Master Complications.
