Unusual in its own respect, due to its jump hour style dial layout with a hand to tell the minutes, the present pink gold keyless lever pocket watch belongs to an early specimen of Patek Phillippe’s fine craftsmanship. Hidden under the white enamel dial lays the caliber 19”’ with frosted gilded movement, moustache lever and wolf’s tooth winding. When one focuses on the dial, an italian retailer signature “Enrico Volpe Bari” can be witnessed on the right side. It is believed that only 10 examples have ever appeared on the market, making the present pocket watch very rare indeed.

The present example is further delivered with a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming its white enamel dial with black minute figures, hour in aperture and its date of manufacture in 1886.
