Roger Dubuis was founded in 1995 and the Golden Square model was launched in 2003. Dubuis' approach to watchmaking is a balance of traditional skills and cutting edge designs.

The present wristwatch is numbered 1 of a limited edition to 28 pieces and features a finely engraved skeletonized movement and a tourbillon carriage rotating on its axis every 60 seconds.
