Set with an old European brilliant-cut diamond weighing approximately 4.56 carats, accented by eight baguette diamonds, mounted in 18K yellow gold, length approximately 17 inches, with maker's marks and two interchangeable silk cords.
Accompanied by GIA report no. 2235154079, dated 14 December 2023, stating that the 4.56 carat diamond is J color, VS2 clarity.
