Please note that the Bids exclude the Buyer’s Premium, which is calculated on the hammer price of the lot at the following rate:
Twenty-seven percent (27%) of the portion of the hammer price up to and including $600,000.
Phillips will remit to HSNY the net proceeds from the Buyer’s premium.
The countdown timer above indicates when the first lot in the sale will close. Each subsequent lot will close one minute after the preceding lot. If a bid is placed in the final three minutes of bidding time on a given lot, the bidding time for that lot will be reset to three minutes. The bidding time will be reset to three minutes each time a new bid is placed during the extended bidding time.
Please note that once the sale goes live all bids placed cannot be cancelled.
