The reference 5070 was first introduced to the market in 1998 and was cased in yellow gold with a black dial. The white gold case was subsequently put into production in 2001 and remained there until 2006. The 5070 enjoys a unique spot in Patek Philippe history for being one of the largest wristwatches they ever manufactured. Sought after today for its elegant looks and clean lines the watch is still very much in vogue. The present lot, coming directly from the original owner, is in very good condition and comes complete with box and certificate.
