Each disc with incised signature, title, date and numbering 26/100 with an electric engraving tool on the reverse (there were also 20 proposed artist's proofs, only half the edition is thought to have been produced), published by Editions Alecto, London, all contained in the original black wooden box with titles on the top, lacking the motor and ultra-violet light unit.
