As one of the first independent watchmakers to make a significant impact in the high-end watchmaking industry, Franck Muller remains one of the most iconoclastic figures to this day. Over the past three decades, he has crafted some of the most intriguing complicated timepieces.

His reinterpretation of explosive numerals on the dial, combined with the large, tonneau-shaped, highly iconic case design, represented disruptive choices in the realm of complicated watches. The movements themselves are a testament to his eccentric genius, featuring classical complications like the tourbillon and minute repeater, alongside more playful yet equally complex designs such as the Vegas (a functioning roulette) and the present "Crazy Hours".

The name of the collection was inspired by a fascinating story told by Muller and his vacation at the Royal Palm in Mauritius.
