Phillips Auctioneers is searching for an experienced videographer to produce property object videos for our digital experience ecosystem (website and apps). Reporting to the International Head of Publishing Production at our NY Studio warehouse facility, the role will be tasked with the daily production of object video solutions across all of Phillips auction departments. Shoots will include a diverse range of objects from large scale sculptures and canvases to chairs and vases. Using industry production best practices and techniques the approach to producing each object video will need to be considered in terms of suitability depending on the object. This role will also include supporting the Studio Photographer with photography shoot tasks in busy periods and assisting in larger scale projects. This assignment is expected to last until October 11, 2024.

The Client Services Supervisor will have overall responsibility for Client Services in London. They will foster continuous improvement in client service, working closely with the Bids & Post-Sale Services Manager, Europe and the Head of Service Operations, Europe to closely monitor service levels and identify opportunities to enhance service efficiency. The Human Resources Manager will play a leading role supporting Asia-based employees and leaders with end-to-end Human Resources support including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and strategic projects in Hong Kong and across our Asia offices. As Department Coordinator, this position will perform a range of activities to support the Specialists in securing consignments, and coordinate sale schedules and marketing across New York, London and Hong Kong Photographs auctions as well as international Photographs exhibitions, to help ensure smooth operation at the highest level.

With a special emphasis on providing exceptional client service, the primary focus of the role is to ensure that sold and unsold items of artwork (referred to as ‘aged property’) is managed and moved through the business; excess property is managed down to the necessary minimum, and the data accuracy of on-site property is controlled. The Administrator for the New Now Sale plays a vital role in supporting the department’s coordination and project administration.
