Phillips is currently seeking organised, motivated & visitor focused individuals to fill casual Client Services Representative positions in our Client Services department. 

Based in London, the primary focus of the position will be to support our Client Services team in the day-to-day running of the front of house and the provision of the Client Services function on an ad-hoc basis. You will be responsible for representing Phillips and our high values of professionalism and excellence by offering outstanding client service and visitor experience at all times. This role will commence from Mid Feb 2026.

The Specialist, Modern and Contemporary Art will be responsible for driving and facilitating top‐tier business for the Modern and Contemporary Art (MCA) team. Business‐getting will primarily focus on the Hong Kong MCA department and also for other sales centers as determined by the type of property targeted for each region. The Specialist is also responsible for selling local sales by developing a network of collectors and dealers, and assisting with selling auctions worldwide. The Specialist will also apply their knowledge and experience to serve as a mentor to junior colleagues and also drive and support best practices within all aspects of the valuations, proposals, pricing and sale processes.

Responsible for handling, packing, collecting, de-installing, delivering, loading and unloading, securing and transporting artwork safely on the Phillips shuttle truck; interfacing with clients and administration of documentation; perform as backup driver on supplemental rented truck or when driver is unavailable. The Associate Regional Representative, Korea is to assist the Regional Representative, Korea in spearheading business getting for worldwide sales and assist with business development opportunities in Korea. The position will require the incumbent to cultivate networks among collectors, dealers, curators and others in the modern & contemporary art market as well as evaluate artwork, bring in consignments, and sell artwork across the different disciplines.  This role will also assist the necessary internal departments with Client Strategy and Marketing responsibilities for Korea alongside leading on all administration responsibilities for the Korean office.

We are seeking an exceptional Copyright Manager to join our global Marketing team. The role is based in London but you’ll also be working very closely with New York and Hong Kong. 

Operating at the intersection of art, intellectual property and global storytelling, this is a rare opportunity to play a critical role in how artworks are represented, promoted and shared by Phillips across international audiences. As Copyright Manager, you will lead the clearance of copyright and image rights for artworks featured across our auctions, global marketing and editorial. Working closely with specialists, artists studios, artists rights collectives, estates, rights holders, Legal and Marketing teams, you will ensure that copyright permissions are secured efficiently, thoughtfully and to the highest professional standards.

This role is ideally suited to someone who combines meticulous attention to detail with excellent judgement, diplomacy and commercial awareness — someone who brings both rigour and calm to complex, multi-stakeholder projects. You will become a trusted partner to colleagues across the business and an important ambassador in relationships with artists, estates, artists rights collectives, galleries and institutions worldwide.
 

About You
You are highly organised, intellectually curious and exceptionally detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of copyright in a visual arts context. You're comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where standards are high, timelines move quickly and precision matters. Equally, you are collaborative, solutions-oriented and confident building credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
You will likely bring:

• Significant experience in copyright clearance, picture research, image rights or permissions management, ideally within auction houses, galleries, publishing, cultural institutions, museums or luxury/creative sectors.
• Strong knowledge of copyright and image rights relating to visual art, with confidence operating across global markets.
• Experience managing complex permissions processes across multiple stakeholders and jurisdictions.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and composure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with diplomacy and confidence in both internal and external relationship management.
• A naturally proactive, solutions-focused mindset and high degree of professional ownership.
• Genuine interest in visual art

This role is to drive global business development and strategic growth within the Watches department through the delivery of high-quality market intelligence, client insight, and data-driven analysis. The role is responsible for monitoring and interpreting global auction market trends, identifying and cultivating high-value client opportunities, and supporting the development of targeted sales and consignment strategies across regions. 
Acting as a central point of coordination, the position oversees private sales pipelines, ensures robust CRM data governance, and facilitates cross-functional collaboration between Specialists, Marketing, and Senior Leadership. Through the preparation of strategic reports, client portfolio analysis, and performance reviews, the role plays a critical part in informing decision-making, enhancing client engagement, and optimising commercial outcomes across auctions and private sales globally.

To assist the Operations department at the 432 Park Avenue Gallery with exhibitions, auctions, and events, and assist as needed at the warehouse in Long Island City.

The Senior Specialist will be responsible for business getting primarily for the designated department as well as for other sales centers depending on the type of property/collection sourced for sale. The senior specialist is also responsible for selling local sales by developing a network of collectors and dealers, as well as assisting with selling auctions worldwide.

This position is responsible for fulfilling fine art framing needs for Specialist Departments.
