Phillips is currently seeking organized, motivated & visitor focused individuals to fill casual Client Services Representative positions in our Client Services department. 

Based in London, the primary focus of the position will be to support our Client Services team in the day to day running of the front of house and the provision of the Client Services function on an ad-hoc basis. You will be responsible for representing Phillips and our high values of professionalism and excellence by offering an outstanding client service & visitor experience at all times.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Based in our London office, Phillips is seeking a full-time Proposals Writer for Europe and Asia, reporting to the Head of Proposals for Europe and Asia. The role supports the company's business-getting efforts across Europe and Asia, spanning all of Phillips' selling categories. The Proposals department produces highly customised, business-winning pitches for important commercial opportunities  from conception through to production and distribution tailored to each client's needs. The Proposals Writer will be a strategic thinker, able to synthesis the company's expertise and distinct market positioning while understanding each client's unique requirements from pitch to pitch. Strong writing is required; commercial strategy is essential, as is the ability to treat every project as a narrative and content opportunity. Working closely with Phillips' specialist departments and partnering with global team members, they will execute multiple, competing projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who works well independently and takes ownership of their output while collaborating daily with colleagues across time zones. Excellent time-management skills working under pressure and prioritising strict, competing deadlines  and meticulous attention to detail are essential. The ability to handle confidential information discreetly and responsibly is critical.

The candidate is responsible for all tasks related to shipping. They will provide support to the Shipping department in New York for all shipping requirements. In addition, they will support office and administration matters when required. This role is to drive global business development and strategic growth within the Watches department through the delivery of high-quality market intelligence, client insight, and data-driven analysis. The role is responsible for monitoring and interpreting global auction market trends, identifying and cultivating high-value client opportunities, and supporting the development of targeted sales and consignment strategies across regions. 
Acting as a central point of coordination, the position oversees private sales pipelines, ensures robust CRM data governance, and facilitates cross-functional collaboration between Specialists, Marketing, and Senior Leadership. Through the preparation of strategic reports, client portfolio analysis, and performance reviews, the role plays a critical part in informing decision-making, enhancing client engagement, and optimising commercial outcomes across auctions and private sales globally.

To assist the Operations department at the 432 Park Avenue Gallery with exhibitions, auctions, and events, and assist as needed at the warehouse in Long Island City.

The Senior Specialist will be responsible for business getting primarily for the designated department as well as for other sales centers depending on the type of property/collection sourced for sale. The senior specialist is also responsible for selling local sales by developing a network of collectors and dealers, as well as assisting with selling auctions worldwide.

This position is responsible for fulfilling fine art framing needs for Specialist Departments.
