Description
Folkert de Jong was first exhibited in the United States at the HVCCA in 2005 where he installed a monumental permanent installation. In the decade since, he has been an influential force for a new generation of artists. The present lot, Act of Despair - Bowler Hat #2, is a quixotic example within a series that speaks to issues of war, greed and power.
