Lee Jung Woong (b. 1963, South Korea) is internationally acclaimed for his Brush painting series. Bold, profound and dramatic, Lee’s works play on the dual structure of the Chinese concept of Yin and Yang. He focuses on creating visual tension while pursuing reconciliation and harmony within the composition. The resulting paintings convey a sublime beauty, rendering each still, theatrical brushstroke with infinite motion.

Lee completed his Masters in Fine Arts at Keimyung University, Korea, and has exhibited in several solo and group exhibitions worldwide including in the United States, Switzerland, Singapore and Spain.
