  • Catalogue Essay

In letter to Oleg Pinchuk, his collector Mario Vargas Llosa, the famous Latin American writer, winner of the Nobel Prize in Literature in 2010, wrote “I really like the figures you create of animals, plants, fish and people. All of them are a combination of fantasy and realism, with a touch of archness and humour, giving your works a special, unique style of yours. In view of this, it is hardly surprising that your creative work is so highly valued in Ukraine, and I'm sure that the more people will know your artwork outside of the borders of Ukraine, your prestige in Europe and in the world will be entrenched".
