  • Catalogue Essay

This attractive electronic quartz clock was produced by Patek Philippe during the 1970s and is representative of the workmanship from their electronic division, which began research and development in to new technologies in the late 1940s. The design is reminiscent of the mid-20th century with clean lines, and an architectural feel with the four square pilasters at the corners. The faux blue marble adds another dimension to the overall structural concept. This is fresh to the market clock is the eighth known example.
