--Since founding his own firm in 2005, Romain Gauthier has been recognized for his unique perspective and contribution to the world of horology with a combination of innovative designs, technical mastery, and traditional Swiss craftsmanship. His focus on quality is seen by the brand’s extensive development and manufacture of in-house components ensuring a high level of exclusivity.
--The C, formerly named Continuum, Titanium Edition Two is the second in a series of limited edition watches of Gauthier’s sport line. As the collection name indicates, these timepieces are an evolution of Romain Gauthier’s work, moving it forward with an exceptional movement reflecting his 16 years’ experience and highlighted by the masterful finger bridges seen through the sapphire crystal back. Titanium Edition One was released in 2021 in a limited edition of 28 examples, while Titanium Edition Two released in 2022 was upgraded with a Grade 5 Titanium ALDC-treated case.
--The present wristwatch with movement number 1 of 38 is offered in brand new condition and complete with its accessories. The watch is a wonderful representation of Gauthier’s modernist work with the geometric black titanium case in harmony with three dimensional 18 karat white gold hands and numerals on the dial. The off center subsidiary seconds dial is highlighted by a red starburst design forming vanishing points – an important concept to Gauthier’s concept of continuity and expansion.
